In 2023, we did a fast-paced route through Central and Southeast Europe, covering Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, North Macedonia, Serbia, Hungary and Slovakia.

Utah is defined by contrast — mountains, desert landscapes, and vast open space.

Montana feels like space.Wide, quiet, and grounding in a way that’s hard to explain.

Idaho surprised us in the softest way.Rexburg felt calm, almost tucked away — like a pause between bigger moments.

Wyoming feels wide. Open in a way that’s hard to explain until you’re in it. It al looks so peaceful and clean, I loved it. Cheyenne carries that same energy — simple, steady, and real. We visited the state capitol and met the kindest people that gave us an entire private tour through the building. 

There’s something about New Mexico that feels ancient and alive at the same time. In Santa Fe, everything moves a little slower — the colors, the light, the air. Earth tones everywhere, soft adobe walls, and a quiet kind of warmth that settles into your body.

Texas continues to amaze me.  Yesterday we explored Big Bend National Park and the beauty of nature there is simply unbelievable, endless desert landscapes, dramatic mountains and the most magical light. We had the loveliest day just taking it all in and enjoying the stillness of this incredible place.

North Carolina felt like the perfect closing chapter to our journey.

Alabama felt like stepping into a place you somehow already knew.

Florida feels like pure light.

Louisiana might just be my favorite state.

Mississippi is not a place that immediately reveals itself.

Arkansas was one of those places that quietly surprised me. We spent some time at Daisy State Park, a beautiful and peaceful spot surrounded by nature. It’s the kind of place where everything slows down. The water is calm, the air feels softer, and there’s this sense of stillness that you don’t often realize you need until you’re in it.

Please, trust me. Once you visit the United States, Oklahoma cannot be skipped. I already fell in love with it two years ago, when we first traveled there. We went to Hochatown, and visited a Rescue Center and Petting Zoo. We went back this time, we just had to see if the same people were working there and if we recognized some of the animals. And we actually did!
