While traveling always comes with a sense of unpredictability, today truly took it to another level.

Texas continues to amaze me.  Yesterday we explored Big Bend National Park and the beauty of nature there is simply unbelievable, endless desert landscapes, dramatic mountains and the most magical light. We had the loveliest day just taking it all in and enjoying the stillness of this incredible place.

Yesterday we arrived at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas — the starting point of our journey through the United States. After picking up our rental car, we immediately hit the road. Our first stop was Galveston, and today we explored the beautiful city of San Antonio.
